Saturday, November 28, 2009 Trout, Virginia Mullets and Flounder reports continue to come in. There are about 40 folks fishing on Kure Pier and a dozen or more on the surf. Tide table Tuesday, November 24, 2009 A very fortunate recovery underway! I spent most of my time yesterday and today making post-doctor check-ups while Mom and Dad have filled in for Karen and me. Had a post-surgery drug reaction that has take more time to recoup than the actual knee replacements itself. Karen and I took our first walk out on Atlantic Avenue just to see what was going on. Tide table Monday, November 9, 2009 Happy Birthday to Someone Special!! A slow Sunday morning and afternoon for catching fish for three Rowan County fishermen. Bloodworms arrived today. These giant jumbo's made the 1,200* mile trip all the way from the cold marshes of Nova Scotia, Canada. Our supplier was out for about 4 days. Stay tuned!
